Bonisa Global is a luxury travel company selling group and family tours to Southern Africa, combining Jewish heritage itineraries with Big Five safaris across Cape Town, Kruger National Park, and Victoria Falls. The connection pushes live availability, pricing, and capacity to Bonisa Global and returns bookings, changes, and cancellations directly into Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Bonisa Global API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Bonisa Global for them to sell your products.
Bonisa Global created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Bonisa Global' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Bonisa Global
Select 'Bonisa Global' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Bonisa Global connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Bonisa Global connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Bonisa Global contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Bonisa Global team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Bonisa Global can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
