Tourism Exchange USA, powered by Brand USA, is a digital platform that provides an open marketplace connecting the real-time inventory of tourism product providers (hotels, attractions, events, experiences, and retailers) with global and local distributors (tour operators, OTAs, Google, DMOs, etc.), allowing businesses of all sizes to enhance their product distribution and sales worldwide. To become a supplier with Tourism Exchange USA, complete the form at https://tourismexchangeusa.com/get-connected/ and one of their team members will get in touch.
Create Tourism Exchange USA Reseller in Ventrata. If you haven't yet, create Tourism Exchange USA as a Reseller and configure it's settings (band, commission, products, etc.).
Create a Connection in Ventrata. In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections, then click + New Connection and select Tourism Exchange USA from the list of available options. Set the connection Name, link the Reseller created in Step 1, and click Create Connection. If necessary, you may also whitelist/blacklist destinations or products you wish this connection to have access to.
Share Mapping Information with Tourism Exchange USA. In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections, then select your Tourism Exchange USA connection from the list of created connections (see section above). The connection page will display the API Key as well as the list of products you have made available to Tourism Exchange USA (based on reseller, reseller band and connection settings) with their IDs. Contact your Tourism Exchange USA account manager requesting to have your products connected to "Ventrata OCTO", providing them with your API Key as well as the List of Products with their Product and Option IDs (as shown on the page). If needed, you can download the list of products as a CSV file by clicking Export.
Make sure the product is whitelisted for the Connection, Reseller and/or Reseller Band linked to it, and check if the Product is made available to Direct API channel.

Why can I not find the product on the dropdown when mapping?
Make sure the product is whitelisted for the Connection, Reseller and/or Reseller Band linked to it, and check if the Product is made available to Direct API channel.
