Tripster is an online travel service with destination-specific travel planning and reservation services for ticketed events, world-renown theme parks, adventure activities, tours, theatrical and music shows, plus hotels and lodging. Using a proprietary booking engine, Tripster customers can access first-hand content and reviews to plan and book entire vacations within a single transaction. In addition, Tripster provides destination marketing organizations and travel suppliers reservation and packaging fulfillment services through white label versions of their proprietary system. To sign up with Tripster as a supplier, visit https://admin.tripster.com/Account/Login
Create Tripster Reseller in Ventrata. If you haven't yet, create Tripster as a Reseller and configure it's settings (band, commission, products, etc.).
Create a Connection in Ventrata. In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections, then click + New Connection and select Tripster from the list of available options. Set the connection Name, link the Reseller created in Step 1, and click Create Connection. If necessary, you may also whitelist/blacklist destinations or products you wish this connection to have access to.
Share Mapping Information with Tripster. In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections, then select your Tripster connection from the list of created connections (see section above). The connection page will display the API Key as well as the list of products you have made available to Tripster (based on reseller, reseller band and connection settings) with their IDs. Contact your Tripster account manager requesting to have your products connected to "Ventrata OCTO", providing them with your API Key as well as the List of Products with their Product and Option IDs (as shown on the page). If needed, you can download the list of products as a CSV file by clicking Export.
Make sure the product is whitelisted for the Connection, Reseller and/or Reseller Band linked to it, and check if the Product is made available to Direct API channel.

Setting up the Connection

Why can I not find the product on the dropdown when mapping?
Make sure the product is whitelisted for the Connection, Reseller and/or Reseller Band linked to it, and check if the Product is made available to Direct API channel.
