Elevate DMC is the ground-services brand of Elevate World, a UAE-based travel group working across the Gulf, the Indian Ocean, and Southeast Asia. It builds bespoke itineraries, cruise shore excursions, and corporate incentive programs, and sells to overseas tour operators through its Go Elevate trade platform, reporting more than a million tourists yearly.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Elevate DMC by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from Elevate DMC to Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Elevate DMC API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Elevate DMC for them to sell your products.
Elevate DMC created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Elevate DMC' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Elevate DMC
Select 'Elevate DMC' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Elevate DMC connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Elevate DMC connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Elevate DMC contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Elevate DMC team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Elevate DMC can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
