Trengo Connection

How to connect to view Ventrata bookings data in Trengo

Updated yesterday

Trengo

This connection is currently in development and available only to select Ventrata accounts participating in early testing. Full launch is expected by August 2025. Interested in early access? Get in touch with our team to join the testing group.

Trengo is an omnichannel communication platform that brings together messages from email, chat, WhatsApp, social media, and more into one streamlined inbox. Integrated with Ventrata, it automatically pulls in guest and booking data—such as names, travel details, and reservation status—giving support agents instant context without switching platforms. This enables faster, more personalized responses and allows for automated messaging triggered by real-time booking activity.

This connection grants Trengo API-based access to your Ventrata dashboard, enabling it to:

  • Retrieve product and destination information,

  • Access current availability, pricing, and promotions,

  • Complete booking records, including personally identifiable customer data, booking status, pricing, pickup details, and more.

It’s essential that your use of Trengo and this integration, particularly the access and processing of sensitive customer data, is explicitly addressed in your privacy policy, data protection agreements, and any other relevant compliance documentation.
