Fynza is an external working capital provider that specializes in short-term financing for tour and activity operators. Their platform underwrites loans against OTA booking data rather than collateral or traditional bank criteria, bridging the cash flow gap between bookings made and OTA payouts received.
For Ventrata clients who want to apply for working capital based on their trading performance, this connection lets Fynza analyze your booking data directly from Ventrata as part of the funding application. Customer-identifiable fields are anonymized before any data leaves your account.
This connection enables Fynza to access your Ventrata dashboard via API on a read-only basis, allowing them to:
Retrieve information about all bookings, including (but not limited to) booking source, channel, status (redemption), and transaction totals.
Customer-identifiable fields (contact object) are anonymized before being shared with Fynza.

Creating Connection
Before you begin:
Contact Fynza to start your application process via fynza.com→ Contact Us. Only at the relevant stage of the application process, Fynza team will request the Ventrata API access described below.
In Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections → Connections, click + New Connection, and select Fynza from the list of partners.
(Optional) If needed, you can allow/disallow products or destinations if you wish to limit which products Fynza receives booking data for.
Share the OCTO API key shown on the connection you created with your Fynza contact to complete the setup. You can revoke access at any time by setting connection to inactive or archiving it.
