Alle Travel is a Tallinn-based online travel company specializing in cruise products, with distribution reach across multiple regions rather than a single domestic market. The connection pushes live availability, pricing, and capacity to Alle Travel and returns bookings, changes, and cancellations directly into Ventrata.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Alle Travel by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Alle Travel API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Alle Travel for them to sell your products.
Alle Travel created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Alle Travel' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Alle Travel
Select 'Alle Travel' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Alle Travel Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Alle Travel connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Alle Travel connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Alle Travel contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Alle Travel team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Alle Travel can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.

Verify which destinations, products, and options are permitted for your reseller account and connection. Next, confirm that your products and options are enabled for sale on the Direct API source. If the issue persists, contact our Technical Support.

After every fare change, update the product mapping to ensure Alle Travel tier counts are synced with Ventrata. Ensure the fare is enabled for sale over Direct API.
