AC Group runs Tourplan as its reservation and operations system, and receives your products through Tourplan's certified integration with Ventrata's OCTO API.
This connection enables you to sell your products through AC Group in a more automated way, eliminating the need to manually manage availability, pricing and bookings. Capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Before you begin:
You must have a commercial agreement with AC Group for them to sell your products. To inquire about partnering with them, contact them via https://acgroup.travel/contact-us/.
You must have AC Group created as a Reseller in Ventrata with their pricing (retail, wholesale/commission) defined correctly. Note that this API connection requires that the reseller is set to the "Bill to my account" settlement method.
In Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections → Connections, click + New Connection, and select AC Group (powered by Tourplan) from the list of partners.
Select AC Group Reseller from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection). The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration like pricing, whitelisted destinations, products, etc.
(Optional) You can also set the connection Name of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple AC Group connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future. If needed, you can also whitelist/blacklist products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple AC Group connections linked to one reseller.
Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your AC Group contact and ask for them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API in Tourplan.
(Optional) While the AC Group team can access the full list of products you've enabled for them on the connection, you can also specify which product you would like them to map by providing the Product and Option IDs displayed on the connection page when you contact them.
Troubleshooting

No products are displayed on the connection page. | Please double-check which destinations, products, and options are whitelisted/blacklisted on reseller and connection. If this does not resolve, check if your products and options are made available for sale on the Direct API source. If the issue persists, please contact our support team. |
