Inntopia Marketing Cloud is a CRM and customer data platform for resorts and destinations whose guest records sit across separate lodging, ticketing, point-of-sale and booking systems. It merges those records into a single guest profile and runs segmentation, campaign automation and revenue attribution. Based in Stowe, Vermont and part of Outside Inc., Inntopia serves ski resorts, golf and beach properties, waterparks and destination organizations, mostly in North America. This is a read-only dashboard-mode connection. Inntopia pulls your product and booking data into the resort's guest database so that activity and attraction purchases can be matched to the same guest as their lodging stay, then used for segmentation, campaigns and revenue attribution.
This connection does not sell anything. No availability is published, no bookings are created or modified, and no inventory is exposed for sale. If you want a resort to sell your products inside their Inntopia booking engine, see Inntopia Commerce Connection instead — that is a separate connection with a separate setup.
Capabilities of this connection allow Inntopia to:
Retrieve your product and option content, including names, descriptions and pricing.
Retrieve all booking and order data, including customer information.
Read the sales channel and source recorded against each order, so activity revenue can be attributed to the campaign or channel that produced it.
Review Your Privacy Policy and Terms
If applicable, you must cover data sharing with Inntopia in your privacy and/or booking terms.
Connecting Inntopia Marketing Cloud gives them API access to ALL booking data within the scope of the connection, including customer identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking details, and any additional customer information collected during the booking process. This is the purpose of the integration — a CRM cannot build a guest profile without it — but it means guest personal data leaves Ventrata and is held by Inntopia and by the business operating the platform.
It is your responsibility to ensure this data sharing is appropriately disclosed in your Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and any other customer consent or compliance processes required in your jurisdiction, including any marketing consent required before a guest can be contacted. Creating Connection

Before you begin:
You must have a commercial agreement in place with Inntopia to use their solutions.
Agree with Inntopia which of your data is to be shared before enabling the connection, and scope the connection accordingly.
In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections → Connections, click + New Connection, and select Inntopia Marketing Cloud from the list of partners. No Checkout is required for this connection.
Set the connection Name of your choosing. If you expect more than one Inntopia connection, name them so they can be told apart later.
(Optional) If needed, you can allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection so that only the data covered by your agreement is readable. This is the only way to narrow what Inntopia can access.
Share the OCTO API key shown on the connection you created with your Inntopia contact to complete the setup.
