See Tickets is a ticketing agency owned by CTS Eventim, selling music, festival, theater, comedy, sports, and exhibition tickets for thousands of clients across the UK, Benelux, Iberia, Germany, and Switzerland. Its United States arm now trades as EVENTIM. Demand skews toward event-driven domestic audiences rather than inbound sightseeing.
This connection enables you to sell your products on See Tickets by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the See Tickets API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with See Tickets for them to sell your products.
See Tickets created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'See Tickets' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select See Tickets
Select 'See Tickets' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select See Tickets Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple See Tickets connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple See Tickets connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your See Tickets contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the See Tickets team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

See Tickets can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
