Tickete is a consumer booking platform for attractions, museums, events, and adventures, listing partners such as the Van Gogh Museum, San Diego Zoo, and Burj Khalifa across more than 100 cities worldwide. The connection pushes live availability, pricing, and capacity to Tickete and returns bookings, changes, and cancellations directly into Ventrata.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Tickete by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Tickete API, ensure you have:
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Tickete' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Tickete
Select 'Tickete' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Tickete Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Tickete connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Tickete connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Tickete contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Tickete team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Tickete can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
Troubleshooting

After every fare change, update the product mapping to ensure Tickete tier counts are synced with Ventrata. Ensure the fare is enabled for sale over Direct API.
