AlliedTPro is a North American receptive operator and destination management company trading since 1955, now operating under Horizon Travel Services. It sells US and Canadian products to more than 600 tour operators and travel companies in over 50 countries, across FIT, escorted tours, self-drive, VIP concierge, and leisure and MICE groups.
This connection enables you to sell your products on AlliedTPro by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:
Sync availability and pricing for your AlliedTPro products with Ventrata.
Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from AlliedTPro to Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the AlliedTPro API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with AlliedTPro for them to sell your products.
AlliedTPro created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'AlliedTPro' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select AlliedTPro
Select 'AlliedTPro' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select AlliedTPro
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple AlliedTPro connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple AlliedTPro connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your AlliedTPro contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the AlliedTPro team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

AlliedTPro can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
