Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Ireland Wild Escapes API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Ireland Wild Escapes for them to sell your products.
Ireland Wild Escapes created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Ireland Wild Escapes' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Ireland Wild Escapes
Select 'Ireland Wild Escapes' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Ireland Wild Escapes connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Ireland Wild Escapes connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Ireland Wild Escapes contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Ireland Wild Escapes team to complete this.
