BlueBNC is a Mallorca-focused luxury travel operator promoting activities and experiences on the island through a group of portals, including isleofmallorca.com, aimed at an international audience rather than local walk-up demand. The connection pushes live availability, pricing, and capacity to BlueBNC and returns bookings, changes, and cancellations directly into Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the BlueBNC API, ensure you have:
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'BlueBNC' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select BlueBNC
Select 'BlueBNC' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple BlueBNC connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple BlueBNC connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your BlueBNC contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the BlueBNC team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

BlueBNC can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
Troubleshooting

After every fare change, update the product mapping to ensure the partner tier counts are synced with Ventrata. Ensure the fare is enabled for sale over Direct API.
