I Need Tours is an Italian reseller of tours and activities, trading as World Experience and selling sightseeing, museum entries, private tours, day trips, transfers, and city cards. It serves both consumers and travel agents in Spanish, Italian, English, and Portuguese, with dozens of destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and the Caribbean.
I Need Tours uses Doblemente as its primary booking system.
This connection enables you to sell your products on I Need Tours by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from I Need Tours to Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the I Need Tours API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with I Need Tours for them to sell your products.
I Need Tours created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'I Need Tours' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select I Need Tours
Select 'I Need Tours' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select I Need Tours Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple I Need Tours connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple I Need Tours connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your I Need Tours contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the I Need Tours team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.
