How to Recover Unfinished Orders

Due to a number of reasons, orders or transactions made using the Ventrata terminal app may be left unfinished. Therefore, Ventrata developed a process to help you recover and restore unprocessed orders.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT reinstall or update the app before the orders are recovered and synced with the dashboard, otherwise all data will be irretrievably lost.

Whenever the app freezes or unexpectedly shuts down,
reopen the app as soon as possible.
Review any pending data displayed on the Recovered Orders page.

Recovered Orders

Press the Finish button.
Perform any additional steps required to finish the order.
Repeat the process for each recovered order.
Log into the app.
