Ávoris is the travel division of Grupo Barceló and a leading player in the Iberian market, with a strong presence across the entire travel value chain—from tour operating to retail and air. Their ecosystem of specialized brands enables them to curate and distribute unique experiences at scale, making them a strategic partner for attractions and activity providers looking to reach Spanish-speaking and European travelers.
Ávoris outsources its API connectivity to Globick, an external channel manager and API gateway partner that handles the integration on their behalf. As this is not a direct connection with Ventrata, certain functionality or content limitations may occur for reasons outside of Ventrata’s control.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Ávoris by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:
Sync availability and pricing for your Ávoris products with Ventrata.
Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from Ávoris to Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Ávoris API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with [prolinked partner's name]for them to sell your products.
Ávoris created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Ávoris' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Ávoris
Select 'Ávoris' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Ávoris connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.
📗 TIP
If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Ávoris connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Ávoris contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Ávoris team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Ávoris can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
