Their ecosystem of specialized brands enables them to curate and distribute unique experiences at scale, making them a strategic partner for attractions and activity providers looking to reach Spanish-speaking and European travelers.
Ávoris outsources its API connectivity to Globick, an external channel manager and API gateway partner that handles the integration on their behalf. As this is not a direct connection with Ventrata, certain functionality or content limitations may occur for reasons outside of Ventrata’s control.
Capabilities of this connection include:
Sync availability & pricing for your products on Ávoris with Ventrata.
Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from Ávoris in Ventrata.
Issue vouchers/tickets generated by Ventrata to Ávoris customers.
Create Connection
Prerequisites:
Create Reseller in Ventrata
Ávoris should be created as a Reseller in Ventrata with pricing (retail, wholesale/commission) defined correctly. Note that only the "Bill to my account" reseller settlement method is supported for use with this connection.
Create Connection in Ventrata
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Connections → Connections.
Connections
Click + New Connection, find Ávoris from the list of partners shown in the Partner Gallery, and click + New Connection
Choose Avoris Reseller from the list of your reseller. The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, whitelisted destinations, products, etc.

Enter a custom connection 'Name' if you have multiple Avoris connections.
(Optional) Whitelist/blacklist products or destinations on the connection level.

This may be helpful if you have multiple Avoris connections linked to one reseller.
Click the Create Octo Connection button to save your settings.

Manual Mapping via API Key
In Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections → Connections.
Connections
Then, select your Avoris connection from the list.
Connections List
The connection page will display the API Key and a list of products available to the reseller (based on reseller, reseller band, and connection settings) with their IDs.
Contact your Avoris reseller, requesting to have your products connected to “Ventrata OCTO”. In your request, send them:
your API Key
List of Products with their Product and Option IDs (as shown on the connection page).
(Optional) You can download the list of products as a CSV file by clicking EXPORT.
