Doblemente is a booking engine and B2B platform for destination management companies and tour operators, supplying real-time inventory rather than reselling itself, so demand arriving through it comes from the resellers it powers. The connection pushes live availability, pricing, and capacity to Doblemente and returns bookings, changes, and cancellations directly into Ventrata.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Doblemente by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Doblemente API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Doblemente for them to sell your products.
Doblemente created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Doblemente' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Doblemente
Select 'Doblemente' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Doblemente Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Doblemente connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Doblemente connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Doblemente contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Doblemente team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Doblemente can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
