Swiss Activities is a Switzerland-only marketplace listing more than 12,000 leisure activities, from paragliding, canyoning, and mountain sports to museums, boat trips, and culinary experiences, curated by a Zurich editorial team. It publishes guides and itineraries in German, French, Italian, and English. Demand comes from Swiss residents planning domestic days out and inbound visitors researching in-country.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Swiss Activities by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Swiss Activities API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Swiss Activities for them to sell your products.
Swiss Activities created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Swiss Activities' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Swiss Activities
Select 'Swiss Activities' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Swiss Activities connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Swiss Activities connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Swiss Activities contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Swiss Activities team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Swiss Activities can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
