Activity Crest is an online marketplace for hop-on hop-off bus tours and sightseeing experiences, covering more than 125 cities with particular depth across European destinations, alongside attraction tickets, museums, zoos, and water activities. The connection pushes live availability, pricing, and capacity to Activity Crest and returns bookings, changes, and cancellations directly into Ventrata.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Activity Crest by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Activity Crest API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Activity Crest for them to sell your products.
Activity Crest created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Activity Crest' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Activity Crest
Select 'Activity Crest' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Activity Crest connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Activity Crest connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Activity Crest contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Activity Crest team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Activity Crest can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
Troubleshooting
My Ventrata products are using Booking Size fares, and pricing is not working correctly on Activity Crest.

After every fare change, update the product mapping to ensure Activity Crest tier counts are synced with Ventrata. Ensure the fare is enabled for sale over Direct API.
