Creating Connection
Before you begin:
You must have a commercial agreement with Letz BooQ for them to sell your products. To inquire about partnering with them, contact [email protected].
You must have Letz BooQ created as a Reseller in Ventrata with their pricing (retail, wholesale/commission) defined correctly. Note that this API connection requires that the reseller is set to the "Bill to my account" settlement method.
In Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections → Connections, click + New Connection, and select Letz BooQ from the list of partners:
Select Letz BooQ Reseller from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating the connection). The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
(Optional) You can also set the connection Name of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Letz BooQ connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future. If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Letz BooQ connections linked to one reseller.
Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Letz BooQ contact and ask for them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes a few business days for the Letz BooQ team to complete this.
(Optional) While the Letz BooQ team can access the full list of products you've enabled for them on the connection, you can also specify which product you would like them to map by providing the Product and Option IDs displayed on the connection page when you contact them.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Possible Solutions |
No products are displayed on the connection page. | Please double-check which destinations, products, and options are allowed/disallowed on the reseller and connection. If this does not resolve, check if your products and options are made available for sales on the Direct API source. If the issue persists, please contact our support team. |
