Record redemptions from Ventrata back to feratel instantly, marking the card as used for your service.

feratel is the software that destinations and tourism boards run their guest card or city card on. Your commercial relationship is always with the organisation that issues the card (for example a city tourism board) — never with feratel itself — and each card requires its own connection and its own reseller record in Ventrata.
