TourBiz, from Welcome Management Systems, is a French reservation and operations platform covering boat and cruise trips, guided tours, wine tourism, bus tours, kayaking, and nautical bases. It is not a reseller itself; the commercial value sits with the French operators and networks that run their businesses on it.
This connection enables you to sell your products on TourBiz by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the TourBiz API, ensure you have:
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'TourBiz' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select TourBiz
Select 'TourBiz' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple TourBiz connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.
📗 TIP
If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple TourBiz connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your TourBiz contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the TourBiz team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

TourBiz can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
