Product weights toward hop-on hop-off buses, trolleys, day excursions, and transfers, sold directly to consumers and through travel agents and affiliates.
Gray Line Worldwide uses Prioticket as its primary booking system.
This connection lets operators sell on grayline.com and Gray Line's global channels.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Gray Line Worldwide by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Gray Line Worldwide API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Gray Line Worldwide for them to sell your products.
Gray Line Worldwide created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Gray Line Worldwide' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Gray Line Worldwide
Select 'Gray Line Worldwide' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Gray Line Worldwide
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Gray Line Worldwide connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Gray Line Worldwide connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Gray Line Worldwide contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Gray Line Worldwide team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Gray Line Worldwide can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
