Undercover Tourist is a United States-authorised discount ticket seller for theme parks, covering Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, including Epic Universe, SeaWorld, LEGOLAND, and Disneyland. It also sells hotels, vacation packages, Disney Cruise Line sailings, ski lift tickets, and zoo and museum admission, drawing price-sensitive American family demand.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Undercover Tourist by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Undercover Tourist API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Undercover Tourist for them to sell your products.
Undercover Tourist created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Undercover Tourist' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Undercover Tourist
Select 'Undercover Tourist' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Undercover Tourist Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Undercover Tourist connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Undercover Tourist connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Undercover Tourist contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Undercover Tourist team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Undercover Tourist can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
