WeShare is a Paris-based travel platform that packages accommodation, activities, airport transfers, rail passes, and Disneyland Paris products across European cities, with coverage extending to Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. It now sells directly to consumers alongside its trade business, in groups, on fixed departures, at trade fairs, and in MICE.
This connection enables you to sell your products on WeShare by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the WeShare API, ensure you have:
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'WeShare' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select WeShare
Select 'WeShare' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple WeShare connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.
📗 TIP
If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple WeShare connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your WeShare contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the WeShare team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

WeShare can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
