Problem
After completing payment, customers are not redirected to your success page. Instead, they see a 404 error - Page Not Found error.

Reason
This issue typically occurs when the VivaWallet payment gateway is not configured correctly.
π NOTE
Custom success page URL redirects are not supported.
Solution
To resolve this issue, make sure the Success URL and Failure URL are correctly set in your VivaWallet settings.
Sign in to your VivaWallet account.
Select Sales.
Go to Online Payments > Websites/Apps.
Click the name of the app (under the 'Description' column), that uses the VivaWallet payment gateway.
Enter the correct redirects in both the 'Success URL' and 'Failure URL' fields.
π IMPORTANT
Your settings must exactly match those show in the above screenshot to ensure proper redirects.
Press the Update button to save your settings.
