Allow Memberships in Web Checkout

Enable membership registration and redemption in the Web Checkout by allowing members to log in and use their benefits during booking.

To let customers use their memberships online, you need to enable member access in the relevant Web Checkout settings. This ensures members can register log in and apply their benefits during checkout.


Allow Members

  1. In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Web Checkouts > Checkouts.

  2. Select an existing checkout where memberships will be allowed.

  3. Press the EDIT DETAILS button to edit the checkout.

  4. Scroll down the checkout form or simply search for 'Allow Members' and check the box.

  5. (Optional) In the 'Member Signup URL' field, paste the URL of the page where you sell memberships on your website.

  6. Press the Update Checkout button to save your settings.

Membership Access in the Web Checkout

When memberships are enabled in the web checkout, the Member Login link appears in the bottom-left corner of the checkout screen.

Memberships Allowed without Sign Up Link

If you provided a sign-up link URL, a Sign Up link will appear below the Member Login. This link redirects customers to the membership registration pageon your website.
