Importing fares via CSV will overwrite any existing fare or fare group assignments for the affected dates, tours, and modifiers.
If you need to preserve existing fare setups, export and review the current availability before making changes.
Select the 'Date' view on the General Availability tab.
Press the Export button.

At minimum, select the date range to export.
📒 NOTE
We recommend limiting exports to smaller date ranges. Large exports (for example, the full year with 15-minute time slots) may time out.
Optionally, you can further filter the export by selecting specific:
Months
Tour Groups
Weekdays
Tours
Press the Export button to download the availability as a CSV file.

Edit the exported spreadsheet and enter the the fare or fare groups as needed.

📒 NOTE
The import tool is case-sensitive. Make sure the fare and fare group names exactly match how they are created in the dashboard. For example, if a fare is defined using ALL CAPS, it must be entered in ALL CAPS in the CSV file.
Save the file as a CSV (comma-delimited) file.
Return to the General Availability tab and press the Import button.

📒 NOTE
If the availability calendar is filtered by specific modifiers when importing the CSV File, the updated fares will be applied only to the current selection.
To apply changes globally, make sure no availability modifiers are selected in the calendar.

Alternatively, you can intentionally target specific options, sources, or seasons by applying availability modifiers before importing the CSV file.

Locate and select the updated CSV file.
Choose File
Wait until the upload reaches 100%, then press the Import button.
Import File
Make a test booking or select an availability to verify that the changes were applied successfully.
