Travio World is a UK-based online travel agency selling activity and attraction tickets, with a catalog weighted toward hop-on hop-off bus and trolley sightseeing across European, North American, and Australian cities. The connection pushes live availability, pricing, and capacity to Travio World and returns bookings, changes, and cancellations directly into Ventrata.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Travio World by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Travio World API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Travio World for them to sell your products.
Travio World created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Travio World' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Travio World
Select 'Travio World' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Travio World connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Travio World connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Travio World contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Travio World team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Travio World can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.

After every fare change, update the product mapping to ensure the partner tier counts are synced with Ventrata. Ensure the fare is enabled for sale over Direct API.
