🔐 Required Role Permissions: Registries
📒 NOTE
This article concerns users who operate in Austria.
As a business operating in Austria, you are required to keep a tamper-proof record of every cash register and retain the resulting DEP7 (data collection log) files for seven years, in line with the Registrierkassensicherheitsverordnung (RKSV) — Austria's cash register security regulation.
The Fiskaly Austria registry integrates the Ventrata Dashboard with fiskaly's fiscalization service to sign each transaction and report the required data to FinanzOnline, keeping your business RKSV-compliant.

Access and Use the Order Report
To comply with Austrian tax laws, businesses must store DEP7 (data collection log) files securely for seven years. Sales numbers between a DEP7 file and actual sales must match to the cent.
A record of sales can be accessed from the Fiskaly Austria registry detail. Each row in the Order Report represents one order, so orders with multiple or zero-value receipts aren't double-counted in the totals.
Step 1: Download Order Report
Export the order report to obtain raw fiscal data directly from the system.

📒 NOTE
The Ledger sales, tax, paid and refunded columns use the Ledgers report’s default sale types and exclude dependent option rows, preventing package sales from being counted twice.
Filter the 'Fiscal vs Ledger Variance (EUR)' column to hide
0.00values. The remaining rows are the orders that need review.Filter Fiscal vs Ledger Variance (EUR)
Note the 'Receipt Count' and 'Belege IDs' values for each flagged order.

📒 NOTE
The order report also lists the 'Order Reference' and 'Order URL', so you can often open the affected order directly from the report.
If you still need to trace the order manually, go to Activity > Comments in your Ventrata Dashboard.
