Prerequisites:
You must have an
Adyen Customer Area account.The device must be a supported Adyen device that can run the
Ventrata Terminal app.

Log in to your Adyen Customer Area.
Go to Devices > Terminal Apps.

Select the 'Ventrata' terminal app.
Select Ventrata
Press the Install button at the top right, above the table of app versions.
Install
On the Schedule installation page, select the app version you want to install.
Version
Select a date and time to schedule the installation, or toggle 'Schedule now' ON to install the app immediately.

Press the Continue button in the bottom right.
Continue
In the search bar, enter the serial number or model number of the terminal you want to install that app on.

Select one or more terminals.
Select Terminal
Press the Continue button in the bottom right.
Continue
Review the installation details, including:
App name
Version
Number of selected terminals
Scheduled time
Review Details
Press the Schedule button in the bottom right.
Schedule Installation
Depending on your schedule, the installation begins immediately or at the selected time. Once the app appears on the device's home screen, log in to the app and start using the device at your point of sale.
