Tourism Exchange USA uses V3 Leisure as their primary booking system.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Tourism Exchange USA by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Tourism Exchange USA API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Tourism Exchange USA for them to sell your products.
Tourism Exchange USA created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Tourism Exchange USA' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Tourism Exchange USA
Select 'Tourism Exchange USA' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Tourism Exchange USA Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Tourism Exchange USA connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Tourism Exchange USA connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Tourism Exchange USA contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Tourism Exchange USA team to complete this.
