France Tourisme is a Paris-based tour operator selling guided excursions and day trips to Versailles, Giverny, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Loire châteaux, Champagne, and the Normandy landing beaches, plus city tours and cruises in Paris. It serves individuals and groups in French and English, and also distributes through Paris je t'aime's official ticketing site.
France Tourisme uses TourBiz as its primary booking system.
This connection enables you to sell your products on France Tourisme by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:
Sync availability and pricing for your France Tourisme products with Ventrata.
Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from France Tourisme to Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the France Tourisme API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with France Tourisme for them to sell your products.
France Tourisme created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'France Tourisme' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select France Tourisme
Select 'France Tourisme' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple France Tourisme connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.
📗 TIP
If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple France Tourisme connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your France Tourisme contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the France Tourisme team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.
