Rathin Tourism is a Dubai travel and ticketing agency based in Meena Bazar, Bur Dubai, selling desert safaris, city tours, and theme park admissions across the UAE. It handles walk-in and online travellers alongside agent partners, giving UAE attractions a small local reseller positioned close to visitors already on the ground in Dubai.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Rathin Tourism by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Rathin Tourism API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Rathin Tourism for them to sell your products.
Rathin Tourism created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Rathin Tourism' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Rathin Tourism
Select 'Rathin Tourism' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Rathin Tourism connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Rathin Tourism connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Rathin Tourism contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Rathin Tourism team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.
