Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Entertainment Benefits Group API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Entertainment Benefits Group for them to sell your products.
Entertainment Benefits Group created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Entertainment Benefits Group' from the list of partners.

Select 'Entertainment Benefits Group' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Entertainment Benefits Group connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Entertainment Benefits Group connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Entertainment Benefits Group contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Entertainment Benefits Group team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.
