Priohub is a Dutch omni-channel ticketing platform whose marketplace puts attraction inventory in front of resellers worldwide, handling product content, contracting, capacity, and pricing. It also licenses a reservation system that operators run under their own brand, so it serves both as a route to international trade demand and as front-end booking software.
Priohub uses Prioticket as its primary booking system.

This connection enables you to sell your products on Priohub by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:
Sync availability and pricing for your Priohub products with Ventrata.
Receive bookings, updates, and cancellations from Priohub to Ventrata.

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Priohub API, ensure you have:
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Priohub' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Priohub
Select 'Priohub' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Priohub Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Priohub connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.
📗 TIP
If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Priohub connections linked to one reseller.
Press the Create Octo Connection button.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Priohub contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Priohub team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Priohub can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.

Verify which destinations, products, and options are permitted for your reseller account and connection. Next, confirm that your products and options are enabled for sale on the Direct API source. If the issue persists, contact our Technical Support.
