Play Granada is a traveller-support desk on the Carrera del Darro in Granada, operating since 2003 and advising visitors in person on Alhambra access before they buy. It sells Alhambra tickets alongside walking, Segway, and e-bike tours, reaching English-speaking international visitors at the moment they are deciding what to do in the city.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Play Granada by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Play Granada API, ensure you have:
A commercial agreement with Play Granada for them to sell your products.
Play Granada created as a Reseller in Ventrata with retail and wholesale/commission pricing correctly configured.
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'Play Granada' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select Play Granada
Select 'Play Granada' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, like pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.

(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Play Granada connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.

If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Play Granada connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Play Granada contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Play Granada team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.
