How to Use the Manage My Membership (MMM) Portal

The Manage My Membership (MMM) portal is an extension of the MMB portal that allows customers to manage their membership bookings.

  • renew membership

  • turn on or off the auto-renew option

We are constantly adding new features to the Manage My Membership portal. The features listed here are included in the initial release. Stay tuned for more updates.


Implement Manage My Membership (MMM)

The Manage My Membership portal is an addition to the existing Manage My Booking (MMB) portal. For more detail on how to implement the portal, visit the How to Implement and Use the New Manage My Booking (MMB) Portal.

Use the following URL structure to access your web checkout's MMM portal:

https://checkin.ventrata.com/{apikey}

Replace the {apikey} with your actual API key. If you are not sure where to find it, see Locate API Key for Web Checkout and MMB.


Log into MMB

Customers can login is using one of the following methods to access all active and past memberships:

  • E-mail - enter the email address provided at the time of booking. Press the Send verification code button, then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to that email address.

  • Booking reference - enter the membership or booking reference and last name from the booking, then press the Verify button to log in.

  • Phone number - enter the phone number provided at the time of booking. Press the Send verification code button, then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to that number.

Renew Membership

Allow customers to manually extend the validity of their active memberships.


Auto-Renew Memberships

Automatically renew memberships at the full price the day after expiry if there is a card on file for the booking.
