Understand how each product field behaves in the <a href="https://support.ventrata.com/en/articles/9495702-how-to-create-products">product settings</a>.

- Even if Checkin Reschedule Allowed is disabled, rescheduling is possible, if:
 - the product is open-dated
 - it is an include of a <a href="https://support.ventrata.com/en/articles/9526581-how-to-create-package-products">package product</a>
 - another product in the booking allows rescheduling
- If a reschedule <a href="https://support.ventrata.com/en/articles/9526507-how-to-create-and-manage-extras">extra</a> was purchased, it overrides the <a href="https://support.ventrata.com/en/articles/9527369-how-to-set-up-the-product-level#h_bcc3fb0777">cutoff</a> rules and allows the reschedule until its notice period. Otherwise, standard <a href="https://support.ventrata.com/en/articles/9527369-how-to-set-up-the-product-level#h_bcc3fb0777">cutoff</a> rules apply.

Press the Reschedule Booking button.

Select a new date and press the Continue button.

1. Log in to the MMB portal.
2. Locate the booking in the list.
3. Press the Reschedule Booking button.

4. Select a new date and press the Continue button.
 
 
 Choose a Date

If the new tour date or time is priced higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

The Reschedule Flow allows customers to change the date and tour time of an active booking.
