How to Reschedule Bookings in the MMB Portal

The Reschedule Flow allows customers to change the date and tour time of an active booking.

📒 NOTE

  • Even if Checkin Reschedule Allowed is disabled, rescheduling is possible, if:

    • the product is open-dated

    • it is an include of a package product

    • another product in the booking allows rescheduling

  • If rescheduling is permitted, any applicable Change Fees configured on the product are automatically applied according to the configured notice periods.

📗 TIP

Offer Reschedule Protection, an optional extra that customers can purchase during booking to avoid reschedule fees.

📒 NOTE

When a customer reschedules a booking, and change fees are configured on the product, the applicable change fee is calculated automatically based on the configured notice periods.

  1. Log in to the MMB portal.

  2. Locate the booking in the list.

  3. Press the Reschedule Booking button.

  4. Select a new date and press the Continue button.

📒 NOTE

If the new tour date or time is priced higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
