Redeem Reseller Voucher Flow
Log in to the MMB portal using the Booking reference method:
Booking reference - enter the reseller voucher reference
Last Name - enter the customer's last name
Note the validity period of the voucher.

Voucher validity is configured in the Ticketing & Redemption section of the product settings. Hover over the validity period to see the exact number of days in the tooltip.

Press the Pick a Date button.
Pick a Date
Select a date for the product.
Press Continue to confirm.
Choose a Date
Enter customer details as configured at the product level.
Contact Details
Press Confirm to continue.
📒 NOTE
A booking confirmation email is sent to the customer's email address. No payment is made at this stage.
Review the selected date & time on the voucher detail.
