How to Sign Waivers in the MMB Portal

Allow customer to review and sign required waivers before their tour using the self-service Manage My Booking (MMB) Portal.

‼️ IMPORTANT

For package products with included products that require waivers, make sure the 'Package Product' option is unchecked. Otherwise, the waiver will not appear in the Manage My Booking (MMB) portal, and customers will be unable to sign it.

Waiver Signing Flow

  1. Log into the MMB Portal.

  2. Locate the booking.

  3. Press the Sign waivers button.

  4. Sign each waiver.

    📒 NOTE

    If multiple waivers are available for a ticket, customers are required to sign only one of them.


  5. Review the waiver, fill in the required information, and check the box at the bottom to confirm you have read and agreed to the conditions.

  6. Press the Submit button to complete the waiver.

  7. When all required waivers have been submitted, a confirmation message is displayed at the top of the booking detail.

  8. Press the View signed waivers button to review the list of signed waivers.
