Manual Renew Flow

When auto-renew is enabled, customers have the same options as during manual renewal via the Renew Membership button:

  • Renew Today - the new membership starts immediately and is extended by the number of days already used. The price may be proportionately discounted.

This option is available if the membership was purchased at least one day ago.

  • Renew After Current Term - the new membership starts after the existing membership expires. This option is charged at the full price and extends the membership by the full validity period.

📗 TIP

For more details on the manual review flow, visit How to Renew Memberships in the MMM Portal.

Customers can also manage auto-renew from the same page using the Auto-renewal toggle. This option behaves identically to the toggle on the Settings page.
