Best of Tickets runs on Ticket Atelier: Reseller API Hub, and receives your products through the hub's certified integration with Ventrata's OCTO API.
This connection enables you to sell your products through Best of Tickets in a more automated way, eliminating the need to manually manage availability, pricing and bookings. Capabilities of this connection allow you to:
Sync availability and pricing for your Best of Tickets products with Ventrata.
Receive bookings, updates and cancellations from Best of Tickets to Ventrata.
Issue vouchers/tickets from Ventrata to Best of Tickets customers instantly.

Creating Connection
Before you begin:
You must have a commercial agreement with Best of Tickets for them to sell your products. To inquire about partnering with them, contact them via https://bestoftickets.eu/en/contact.
You must have Best of Tickets created as a Reseller in Ventrata with their pricing (retail, wholesale/commission) defined correctly. Note that this API connection requires that the reseller is set to the "Bill to my account" settlement method.
In Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections → Connections, click + New Connection, and select Best of Tickets (powered by Ticket Atelier: Reseller API Hub) from the list of partners.
Select Best of Tickets Reseller from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection). The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration like pricing, whitelisted destinations, products, etc.
(Optional) You can also set the connection Name of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Best of Tickets connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future. If needed, you can also whitelist/blacklist products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Best of Tickets connections linked to one reseller.
Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Best of Tickets contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API.
(Optional) While the Best of Tickets team can access the full list of products you've enabled for them on the connection, you can also specify which product you would like them to map by providing the Product and Option IDs displayed on the connection page when you contact them.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Possible Solutions |
No products are displayed on the connection page. | Please double-check which destinations, products, and options are whitelisted/blacklisted on reseller and connection. If this does not resolve, check if your products and options are made available for sale on the Direct API source. If the issue persists, please contact our support team. |
