Musement is the tours, activities, and transfers division of TUI Group, operating in more than 90 countries with its own curated experiences alongside third-party supply and live event tickets. It sells to TUI's base of over 21 million holiday customers across European source markets and to a trade network of agencies and OTAs.
This connection enables you to sell your products on Musement by automatically syncing your availability, pricing, and bookings in real time. The capabilities of this connection allow you to:

Creating Connection
Prerequisites:
Before connecting to the Musement API, ensure you have:
In the Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select 'TUI Musement' from the list of partners.
Press the + New Connection button.
Select TUI Musement
Select 'Musement' from the list of your resellers (must be created before creating a connection).
The connection will inherit the reseller's configuration, such as pricing, allowed destinations, products, etc.
Select Musement Reseller
(Optional) You can also set the connection 'Name' of your choosing, which may be helpful if you plan to have multiple Musement connections and would like to differentiate between them more easily in the future.
📗 TIP
If needed, you can also allow/disallow products or destinations on the connection level in addition to what you have configured on the reseller, which can be helpful if you have multiple Musement connections linked to one reseller.

Mapping Products
Email the OCTO API key shown on the connection you've created to your Musement contact and ask them to map your products using Ventrata's OCTO API. Typically, it takes no longer than a few business days for the Musement team to complete this.
Your Ventrata configuration is complete. You do not need to take any further steps.

Musement can access all products enabled on the connection, but you can also provide the Product and Option IDs from the connection page when contacting them to specify what to map.
