Use the Right Availability Source for Reseller Sale

You can now choose whether affiliate sales inherit availability from the checkout source or use the concierge source instead. This gives you more flexibility in how reseller availability is managed.


More Control Over Retail Item Pricing & Invoicing

Items now support custom retail prices and costs, making it easier to adjust item charges on bookings. You can also assign operators to retail items and include retail purchases on operator invoices, helping improve tracking and payable reporting.


Introducing Profiles & Households

Profiles & Households are now available, unlocking household-level membership management, easy reporting including lifetime value and activity, perfect for membership-focused operators.


Schedule Resources More Accurately

Resources can now have custom durations and offsets at the resource group level. This means a resource can be released before the full tour ends and reassigned where needed.


Better Control Over Bookings Within the Same Order

New product settings allow you to prevent overlaps and control the booking order of specific products by requiring them to be scheduled either first or last within the same order.


Validate Question Answers Automatically

Questions now support answer pattern validation, allowing you to define the required answer format using regex patterns, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or ID formats.


Use Allocations Across Direct & Indirect Sales

Allocations can now support both direct and indirect use at the same time, helping simplify setup across different sales scenarios.


Set Resource Costs by Tier & Date Range

You can now configure shared or fixed resource costs by tier, with the option to vary costs by unit type and apply different pricing across date ranges.


Control Which Tiers Can Use a Resource

Resource unit tiers let you define which ticket tiers are allowed on a specific resource, giving you more precise resource management.


Create Conditional Question Flows

Dependent Answers now allow you to show follow-up questions based on previous answers, helping create a cleaner and more relevant booking flow.


Restore & Manage Page Versions More Easily

CMS version history has been improved, allowing users to name releases, browse previous versions, visually preview them, and restore them when needed.

Manage Checkout Settings Directly in CMS

Checkout configuration options are now available in the CMS Editor, so users can manage them directly from the Settings → Checkout tab.

Highlight a Single Product on CMS Pages

The new Product Highlight block lets you feature one specific product, ideal for special offers, discounts, or pages focused on a single experience.

Edit Hero Claims Directly in the Editor

Users can now update Hero section claims directly within the CMS Editor without needing to switch back to Dashboard settings. We’ve also expanded the icon library with many more icon options to choose from.

Cleaner Product Cards with Optional Duration Display

Product duration can now be hidden from product lists when needed, and duration labels have been redesigned into a cleaner pill-style badge for a more polished storefront experience.

Upload PDFs and Files Directly into CMS Pages

New native PDF and File Upload blocks allow users to upload and display documents directly within CMS pages, including PDFs, spreadsheets, and other downloadable files.


Support Fiscal Compliance with Online Settlement Rules

Terminal now prevents offline settlement when an order must be settled online, helping reduce compliance issues around fiscal receipt requirements.


Prevent Cash Payments Over the Configured Limit

Terminal now blocks cash payments that exceed the cash limit, helping operators follow local payment rules and guide customers to another payment method.


Support Point-to-Point Booking on Kiosk

Guests can now select From and To stops on Kiosk, view valid routes, and see their chosen route in the booking summary.


Reprint Receipts for Kiosk Orders

Staff can now reprint order receipts for Kiosk bookings, reducing manual workarounds at the customer service desk.


Show Extras Only When They Are Available

Time-based extra availability ensures extras only appear during their valid booking periods, keeping the booking flow cleaner.

You can now assign units directly to fares, allowing you to offer multiple units within a product while applying tiered pricing to specific ones and keeping others on static pricing for channels like GYG or Viator, giving you greater flexibility in how you structure and distribute your pricing.

Bookings will no longer proceed without a valid promotion when one is available, ensuring consistency between Terminal and Back Office pricing and reducing the risk of incorrect discounts being applied.


Support More Complex Packages on Kiosk

Kiosk now supports multiple selection groups within a product, enabling more advanced package configurations and guided purchase flows that improve upsell opportunities and customer experience.


Offer Faster, Contactless Payments with QR on Kiosk

Guests can now pay using QR codes on Kiosk when enabled, providing a quicker, contactless payment option that helps reduce queues and speed up transactions.


Give Guests Control Over Membership Renewals at Checkout

Customers can now choose whether their membership auto-renews during checkout, improving transparency and helping meet regional compliance requirements.


Improve Transport Bookings with Drop-off Selection

Guests can now select drop-off locations during the booking flow, making it easier to support transport-based and point-to-point products while improving the overall booking experience.


Keep Pricing Accurate Without Overloading the Frontend

Hidden includes can now be excluded from POS and receipts while still being used in pricing and tax calculations, helping you maintain clean customer-facing flows without compromising backend accuracy.


Strengthen Brand Visibility with Customised Receipts

You can now add reseller logos to receipt templates, helping reinforce partner branding and deliver a more professional customer experience.

Lock in Pricing with Bulk Apply Fixed Fare

You can now Apply Fixed Fare as a bulk action directly from the bookings table. When used, the current applied fare will be locked in as the booking’s Fixed Fare.


See Include Tour Times When Creating Package Bookings

When creating or updating a package booking in Backoffice, you can now see each include’s tour time alongside the package tours.


Save Time with Resend Confirmation Emails in Bulk

You can now resend confirmation emails in bulk from the Bookings table → Bulk Actions, working the same as other bulk actions.


Automatically Round up Voucher Validity

We now support rounding up the validity of open-dated and membership products to the end of the week, month, or year.
You can find this setting in the Product Form → Ticketing & Redemption.


Hide Operational Includes from Customers

Includes now support a Hidden option. When enabled, the include is hidden from checkout, tickets, PDFs, and sales interfaces, and is automatically redeemed when other includes in the booking are redeemed (or marked as no-show if the full package is no-showed).
This is designed for more complex packages where includes are used for revenue recognition or capacity limits without using a Package Product.


Prevent Downgrades While Still Allowing Upgrades

A new product setting prevents bookings from being changed to a cheaper fare, helping avoid refunds, while still allowing upgrades. Fare changes follow the product’s configured fare order and apply automatically to all bookings when enabled.


Manage Availability Faster with Export & Import

You can now bulk manage availability using the new Export & Import capability. This appears alongside the Bulk Change button in the product’s availability calendar.


Take Payment Later with Pay-by-Link

You can now create balance-due orders and send a payment link directly from Terminal once a customer email is added. This supports phone bookings, group sales, and third-party guides without taking payment on the device.


Accept Direct Debit Payments on Adyen Terminals (GB)

Adyen terminals now support BACS payments when enabled. Staff can collect account holder name, account number, and sort code directly on the terminal.


Prevent Fraud by Disabling Receipt Printing

Locations can now fully disable receipt printing to reduce fraud. When disabled, receipts are automatically skipped and all related printing toggles are hidden.


Quickly Spot GPS Issues on Terminal

Terminal now shows a clear “GPS Unavailable” indicator in the in-app status bar when location data can’t be collected, making issues immediately visible to staff.

We've simplified the Product Form

We’ve just rolled out an improvement to the Product Form, designed to make your day-to-day work a little smoother. No functionality has changed, and everything works exactly as before.

We’ve reorganized the form into clearer sections, making it easier to navigate and more intuitive when creating or editing products.

See Closures Directly Where Availability is Managed

Closures are now shown directly in the Availability section of the product page. This makes it easier to review and manage when your products are closed without switching views.


Smarter Scheduling for Packages

A new 'First Tour After Offset' option for Package Includes automatically books the next available slot if an exact offset time can’t be matched. Unlocks greater package availability with smarter scheduling.


Configure Combination Products Faster and More Flexibly

Combination products are now easier to manage:

  • Periods can be set in minutes, hours, or days.

  • A new '+ Combination Booking' button allows quick creation directly from the booking screen.


Avoid Misleading Prices by Hiding "From" Rates

Web Checkout now supports hiding "From" pricing (pricingFrom). When enabled, customers only see the final calculated price after selecting date, time, and required options.

How to enable:

Dashboard > Product > Settings > tick 'Hide "From" Rate'

Things to note:

  • Calendar first flows price may look "missing" until a selection is made.

  • Extras using pricingFrom will also be hidden.

  • Membership / discounted pricing: "from" can be especially misleading here, hiding avoids showing a teaser price that won't match most customers' final totals.


Go City Connection

We’ve upgraded to Go City’s latest Direct Connect API, enabling pricing and product mapping by pass variant, type, and brand. The listings to map on the connection page now sync automatically, speeding up the mapping as well. The integration also migrates to Go City’s new UUID offer IDs and enhances scan performance by reducing the number of API calls.


Expedia Connection: Automated Mapping

Expedia products can now be automatically pulled from your Expedia account and mapped directly in Ventrata. When you update mappings in the Ventrata connection page, products are remapped on Expedia automatically—no CSV files, no back-and-forth with the Expedia team. Mapping is now real-time, saving hours of downtime and manual work.


Airbnb Connection: Voucher Delivery over Messaging

Ventrata PDF vouchers or tickets, Apple Wallet passes, and QR code images are now automatically sent to customers via Airbnb messaging at booking confirmation. This allows guests to access attractions that require a ticket or voucher—something previously not possible. Enabled by default for new connections and available for existing ones by recreating the connection and remapping products. This unlocks Airbnb for suppliers that require vouchers as Airbnb continues expanding its supply base.


Add "Manage My Booking" Anywhere Without Taking Over the Page

MMB can now be opened in a popup overlay, triggered by any button or link.
Simply set popup: true (or embedded: false ) and the element becomes a launch point for the portal.

This is useful for:

  • Headers, footers, and navigation bars.

  • "Manage my bookings" button that shouldn't redirect or replace the page.

  • Cleaner integrations that feel native to your site.


Capture Waiver Signatures Faster Using the Customer Display

Waiver signatures can now be completed directly on the Customer Facing Display (CFD).
The terminal hands off the waiver, the guest signs on the CFD, and it’s automatically marked complete. If the CFD isn’t available, staff can still capture the signature on the main device.
This reduces queue friction and aligns with best-practice guest flows.


Support Flexible Family & Group Ratios at the Point of Sale

You can now define custom accompanied ratio rules (e.g. 2:5, 3:10), replacing the fixed 1 model. When a ratio isn’t met, terminals display a clear, rule-specific error message. This supports more complex group structures while maintaining compliance.


Make Express Entry Results Instantly Clear for Staff and Visitors

Express Entry now uses the same success (green check) and failure (red icon) screens as terminal mode. This creates consistent, instantly recognisable visual feedback across entry flows.


Let Kiosk Visitors Choose the Right Tour in Combination Extras

When a combination extra includes its own tour or availability, kiosks now show a full booking page. Visitors can select date, time, and quantities, matching Web Checkout behaviour. Details are pre-filled from the main booking and rules like fixed promos and same-day requirements are enforced. This prevents mismatched tour times and reduces staff intervention.


Keep Extras Hidden When Resellers Don't Allow Upgrades

If a reseller has upgrades disabled, extras are no longer shown on the booking form. When upgrades are allowed, extras appear as normal. This keeps terminal behaviour consistent with Dashboard configuration.
