Rewards allow concierges to collect points instead of money, which they can redeem with gift cards. This approach offers two main advantages: it eliminates the need to pay taxes on commissions since no money is exchanged, and the cost can be deducted as a business expense.

This section displays the rewards that resellers can earn for successfully selling your products, providing a motivational boost and fostering greater engagement.

Rewards

This is an overview of your rewards.

Create a New Reward

  1. In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Resellers > Rewards.

  2. Press the + New Reward button.

  3. Enter the name of the reward.

  4. Select the reward promotion.

  5. Enter a description of the reward.

  6. Enter the number of points need to get the reward.

  7. Blacklist destinations, bands and resellers by selecting them in the respective fields. Conversely, uncheck the 'Whitelist All' checkbox to allow earning points ONLY in the selected destination by select bands and resellers.

  8. Press the Create Reward button.


Collections

Here you can see which agent collected which reward, for how many points, and if the reward was already delivered.

Leaderboard

Here you can see a list of particular agents with number of points they have gained so far, as well as the reseller they are working for.
