What are comparisons?
A comparison product can be a premium product for a higher price with extras included in the attraction or a variation of the same product for the same price.
Create Comparisons (Up-sell)
In your Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Products.
Products
Select an existing product.
Go to the Comparisons (Up-sell) tab.
Comparison (Up-Sell)
Press the + NEW COMPARISON button.
New Comparison
Keep the 'Up-sell' box checked to offer this comparison.
Select booking which options should offer a comparison or do nothing to keep all options.

📗 TIPIf the product has no options, keep the default 'All Options' selection.
Select the comparison product.
Other Product

This is the product with which the customer can REPLACE their first choice.
Map units of the comparison product to those of the original product.

The customer selects a product, number of tickets, and tour time. Before the selection of a payment method, the customer may decide to change their selection to a potentially more advantageous offer.

Ticket Scan
The seller at the attraction scans the customer's ticket. Using the three dots on the booking detail, they can select the Comparisons (Up-sell) option and offer an alternative product.

The seller can also look up a booking from the manifest. Using the same three dots on the booking detail, they can select the Comparisons (Up-sell) option and offer an alternative product.
