VivaWallet Error: Validation Failed: Test can't be blank

Problem

The Validation Failed: Test can't be blank error occurs when customers attempt to pay a balance due via the Web Checkout.

This typically happens when the destination's gateway settings contain a test VivaWallet gateway, but the order is live.


Solution

To resolve this issue, review and update the destination's gateway settings.

  1. In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Destinations.

  2. Select the affected destination.

  3. Press the EDIT DETAILS button.

  4. Scroll down the form or search for 'Gateways'.

  5. Check if a test VivaWallet gateway is listed.

  6. Either remove or move the test gateway after a live gateway.
