Problem
The Validation Failed: Test can't be blank
error occurs when customers attempt to pay a balance due via the Web Checkout.
This typically happens when the destination's gateway settings contain a test VivaWallet gateway, but the order is live.
Solution
To resolve this issue, review and update the destination's gateway settings.
In the Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Destinations.
Destinations
Select the affected destination.
Press the EDIT DETAILS button.
Edit Destination Details
Scroll down the form or search for 'Gateways'.
Check if a test VivaWallet gateway is listed.
Either remove or move the test gateway after a live gateway.
