On the IM30, the Viva Wallet app auto-launches by default, which conflicts with the Ventrata terminal app. For this reason, you must disable this behaviour in the Viva Wallet app settings.
⛔️ WARNING
Disabling auto-launch is recommended only for technicians. Turning this off causes the terminal to boot into the system launcher instead of the POS app, which can confuse operators, expose sensitive settings, and disrupt normal terminal operation if done incorrectly.
On the main POS screen, press the hamburger menu at the top left.
